They are a poet\, 200hr certified Hatha Yoga teacher\, a certified Reiki I & II practitioner\, a certified holistic health coach and a social activist. Their focus is uplifting the BIPOC/POC and  LGBTQIA+ communities. Their goal is to break through the barriers that prevent BIPOC/POC from participating in these modalities.  \n\n\n\nTheir specialty is using the healing energy of creative expression through spoken word poetry\, meditation\, breathing\, and movement to align the chakras. By harmonizing and uplifting the chakras they hope to create more connection and center in others. They have taught many workshops\, classes\, and have had many private sessions at local studios and public spaces for 6 years. They have collaborated with local gardens\, studios\, and non-profit organizations to bring this vision into a reality.  \n\n\n\nThey have founded the People’s Poetry Slam at the New Bedford Art Museum. A program that allows people from all walks of life a space to perform in a competitive performance style open mic.
